This Man Will Make Your Dreams
Come True!
 |
The Mill Club is being developed by a partnership
that has a proven track record of excellence and happy home
owners.
|
The Mill Club is a very special community, conceived and planned to provide a leisure
lifestyle in an intimate, natural setting. The reason it is so special is that the lands
on which The Mill Club sits, is the original farmstead of the family of Janet Kunsch,
wife of Herb Kunsch, the builder. Janet inherited the century-old farm some years ago and
together with Herb began planning the Mill Club.
Building an adult lifestyle community was a foregone conclusion, as Herb and Janet's own
home is adjacent to the property and they prefer to have mature neighbours. Herb has spent
over 30 years in the building business. His hands-on experience covers all aspects of the
construction process from servicing to framing to finished product.
As the Kunsches have had a 20 year relationship with The Sheiner Group in projects as diverse
as Columbia Place, Waterloo's tallest building, the Hyde Park Condominiums in K-W and most
notably, the Morningside adult lifestyle community, it was only natural that they go
into partnership with The Sheiner Group. The Sheiner Group has been in business for over
50 years and owns substantial real estate holdings in Canada and in the United States. One
of its greatest strengths is a commitment to skillfully manage quality real estate developments.
The builder group has been registered with the Ontario New Home Warranty Program for over 20 years,
while the Morningside adult lifestyle community has earned an "excellent" rating every year
throughout its entire 12 year history. The Old Mill Partnership brings together a combined experience
in planning, development, finance and construction that totals nearly 100 years and is responsible
for the construction of well over 5,000 residential units.
As a resident of The Mill Club you may rest assured that this community is well-planned, well-funded
and constructed to the industry's highest standards. After all, the builder of your home also
happens to be your next-door neighbour.
